I've been taking care of myself greatly yesterday, even though I'm experiencing some guilt now (I went to bed at 3AM). :)

I feel it in the way I'm intuitively responding to my little daughter's demands. She's 21 months old, and she's such a sweetheart ...

Reaching for someone is to me comparable to reaching for a glass of wine to an alcoholic.

I am now starting a new life, one that has me in the center, I give myself all of it. My soul is craving for this attention of me.
